Travel Grants
There’s nothing like experiencing Beloit College for yourself. We can help make that happen.
Let us help cover the cost of a visit to Beloit College.
Beloit’s Travel Grants can reimburse up to $500 in travel expenses for accepted students visiting campus for the first time. Travel Grant funds are limited and students are encouraged to request a travel grant as early as possible.
Get your Travel Grant in 3 simple steps
- Request your travel grant to confirm you’d like to take advantage of this program.
-
Schedule your visit to campus within two weeks of your travel grant request.
(Your visit does not need to take place within two weeks — it just needs to be scheduled.) - After your visit, securely submit the Reimbursement Form and all receipts.
Travel Grant eligibility
Travel Grants are for accepted students entering Fall 2025 and visiting campus for the first time. Students must be registered for and attend an official campus visit including an accepted students day, an open house or visit day, or an individual visit.
The specific Travel Grant you are eligible for depends on the distance you’ll be traveling to campus.
- Students traveling less than 200 miles to campus are eligible for a reimbursement of up to $100.
- Students traveling 201-500 miles to campus are eligible for a reimbursement of up to $300.
- Students traveling over 500 miles to campus are eligible for reimbursement of up to $500.
We are unable to extend travel grants to students who require a visa to travel to the United States.
